Shipping
We offer free shipping to the UK, and charge a small shipping fee for EU and international customers.
We do this to balance costs between all customers as fairly as possible, and ensure you get the best value when purchasing bundles, or several items!

If you suspect your country may be subject to restrictions, please check with Royal Mail before placing any orders.

Some of our products ship in batches or pre-orders, if this is the case, it will be made clear on the product page for that item. Please be aware of shipping type when purchasing as these types of orders are not fulfilled immediately.

UK Shipping
Delivery 1-3 days from shipping confirmation.

Claims for lost-in-transit can start 13 days after shipping confirmation.
​
This is not a trackable service.

International Shipping
Delivery 3-5 days from shipping confirmation.
​
Claims for lost-in-transit can start 30 days after shipping confirmation.
This is not a trackable service.
Refunds
If you suspect your package is damaged on arrival:
Please take an uninterrupted video of yourself opening the package to guarantee your refund/replacement.

If your product is in any other way damaged or defective, please document all relevant evidence, and contact us at WideStudioEN@gmail.com where we can discuss a refund or replacement item.

We are happy to replace / refund an item where:
1) Damage has occurred during shipping
2) The item never arrived (Time window for claims vary, see above)
2) The incorrect item has been sent
3) You are unhappy with the quality of our product (if valuable feedback is provided!)

We cannot process a replacement / refund where:
1) You have incorrectly ordered an item or quantity that you did not mean to.
2) An item has arrived late, but within the claims window.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, or the start of the claims window.
​
Returns
We do not currently accept returns of any items. Once you have confirmed your refund / replacement with us, feel free to discard / give away / repurpose any damaged products.
Royal Mail Fees
If you have received a grey "Fee to Pay" card from Royal Mail.

If this occurs, it's usually our mistake to rectify! Please contact us as soon as possible to get this resolved. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving the card, your item may be lost.
International Fees
We are not liable for any additional fees you may incur via customs / any other import related fees.
